Epic Hamptons Bachelorette Weekend
#damemasCAROLINA
My bachelorette weekend was such a dream. I am so excited to share everything with you guys! Every bride has their own idea of what they want their bachelorette to be like, for me it was all about being somewhere and doing things that would bring all my closest friends together. I have friends from different stages of my life, some have never even met each other before, some were traveling from other countries so this was a very exciting time for me. I was involved in the beginning stages of the planning but quickly removed myself and let my friends take the lead (shout out to my Maid of Honor and my bridesmaids) for making my bachelorette so special. I have never felt more loved and thankful for my friends.
The weekend was a perfect mix of chilling and partying. Below is what we did each day:
FRIDAY
The Hamptons is about 2.5 hour drive from my Long Island City apartment. We headed out around noon, stopped for pizza and arrived at our amazing airbnb in Sag Harbor around 3. The beauty of having a local bachelorette is that you can pack as much as you can cram into your car! I had a suitcase and a carry on for the weekend. A little excessive I know but it was my bachelorette so I packed outfits for anything and everything thrown my way. I will link all my outfits below for you guys!
After unpacking we headed straight to the pool and waited for the rest of the group to arrive. Once we were all there we got ready for our first night! We all got dressed up and had a delicious home made meal. All the groceries were ordered online from FreshDirect they make grocery shopping and delivery fast and easy. For this night I opted to wear this BCBG pleated maxi skirt. The metal snap embellishments and the ultra-smooth sateen finish, made it perfect for a night-in.
SATURDAY
Finally a day in the sun and cooling off in the pool. My bridesmaid Xabrina spent all morning blowing these floats up, all by herself, just so I could have the perfect pool party. If that's not real friendship I don't know what is! She purchased all the floats at Michaels and Five Below. Meanwhile the rest of the group was busy doing an early morning workout by the pool lead by my bridesmaid/ highschool cheerleading captain Allie. She is no joke! We were sore for the rest of the weekend.
For my pool party, I wore Out From Under Deep Plunge Bikini Top and Out From Under Solid Ruched High-Waisted Bikini Bottom. I like high waisted bikinis specially if they are ruched because they're more forgiving, which means I could eat all the burgers and hotdogs I want. Also, how cute are these floats? I wish I had a pool so I can throw pool parties all the time!
I added a little something extra to my look with this Striped floppy hat and white heart cat-eye sunglassess.
The turn up was REAL
I danced (twerked) all day long with my puerto rican dancing queen Tai.
But seriously how hot are my friends?!
Saturday night was so much fun! We went to a place called Southhampton Social Club a trendy restaurant in Southhampton. Our table was right in the middle of all the fun, so we ate and partied all at the same time. They accommodated our large party with a pre-fix menu, it was so yum! We later went into the crowd, chilled there for a bit then headed back to the house and worked off our dinner dancing the night away. It was THE BEST! My Christian Siriano Side Slit Palazzo Pants were perfect for the occasion (similar affordable version here). To make the look "bridally" I paired it with a white crop top from Zara. The rest of the night is pretty blurry and so are our pictures haha.
My MOH and I both wore flowy pants and crop tops. We didn't even plan it! #alwaystwinning
SUNDAY
How pretty is this vineyard!? It was about a 10 minute drive from our house. On this day I wore a NBD crochet dress it was perfect for a day at Wölffer Estate Vineyard. I can not begin to tell you how many compliments I got that day. The crochet knit fabric made the dress light and airy which kept me cool in this summer heat.
Walking around the vineyards was so much fun with all my friends. We all just got to walk around, talk, drink rose and take lots and lots of pictures.
Rosé All Day
MONDAY
Eat, Sleep, Swim, Repeat
Another day at the pool meant another swimsuit. This time I went with a Forever21 cutout one-piece swimsuit. It was so nice to just chill out in a bun with no make up on and no care in the world.
I love sunflowers! My girls made sure to get me a bouquet of my favorite flower. How sweet!
Saying good-bye to my bachelorette weekend was so hard! I wish I can go back in time and relive this amazing weekend with my amazing friends. Time does fly when you're having fun so I made sure to be present and enjoyed every second!
